Technical details

Compostable material made gusset pouches commonly used for coffee, tea, spices, and bulk dry products. These pouches are made with mono material structure to support recycling and reuse. Additional options such as valves, zippers, and barrier layers are available in compostable formats. The gusset design allows expansion from the sides or bottom, increasing filling capacity without increasing pouch width. Our gusset pouches can handle medium to large volume products with strong sealing support.

Features

Available in multiple structures such as Kraft laminated, compostable films, and recyclable PE materials. Barrier layers can be customized based on moisture, oxygen, and aroma protection requirements, including aluminium foil options. Closure options include tin tie, press lock zipper, and heat seal.
