Technical details

Compostable material made stand up pouches are widely used for snacks, dry fruits, powders, and liquid-based products. This mylar packaging is mono-material made, which supports an easy recycling and reuse process. Optional add-ons such as zippers, spouts, valves, and inner barrier layers are also available in a compostable structure to reduce environmental impact. Our stand up pouch can hold 50gm to 3kg products depending on material thickness and sealing strength. The bottom gusset is designed to expand when filled, allowing the pouch to stand upright on shelves.

Features

Mylar packaging stand-up pouch available in multiple material structures including Kraft laminated, compostable plastic laminated, recyclable white or transparent PE and other combinations. Barrier layer can be selected based on product sensitivity such as moisture, oxygen, or light protection, with options like aluminium foil and high barrier films. For closure systems we provide press lock zipper, slider zipper, spout fitment, and tear notch options for easy opening and resealing.
